My name is Magdalena Smuś. I am an interior designer with nearly 20 years of experience, the founder of EmotionArt Architecture & Real Estate, the creator of the MotionWall brand, and a licensed real estate agent.
I specialize in the design, fit-out, and comprehensive turnkey furnishing of investment, development, and commercial interiors. I lead projects from concept and documentation, through material and contractor selection, to coordination, supervision, and handover of the finished space. I combine premium aesthetics with quality, budget, and schedule control.
I work with investors and developers in Poland, Europe, and the markets of Cyprus, Egypt, and Tunisia. In my design, I combine European modernism with inspiration from the culture and aesthetics of the Middle East.
As the creator of MotionWall, I am developing my own brand of premium architectural wall panels. For its development, I received the International Businesswoman Award 2025 in Rome in the Luxury Design Panels category.
I am also developing a business in the real estate market. As an agent and postgraduate student in real estate valuation, I combine design experience with a business perspective on the value and potential of investments.
