  • coordination of deliveries, picking, reduction of the risk of shortages
  • support in monitoring the budget and purchasing priorities

5) Installers and contractors

  • I recommend proven teams or cooperate with your contractors
  • inter-industry arrangements (to ensure that the project ‘works’ on site)
  • organisation of work: sequence, responsibilities, quality control

6) Project coordination

  • author supervision and ongoing decisions on the construction site
  • ensuring consistency of implementation with the design and standard
  • quick resolution of conflicts and changes (without chaos and costly mistakes)

7) Acceptance and handover of the premises

  • acceptance checklist, final verification of details
  • preparation of the premises ‘ready to move in’: styling, arrangement, filling in any gaps
  • optional: preparation of a show flat / sales materials
